The Integrated Financial and Human Resource Management System (IFHRMS), also known as Karuvoolam IFHRMS, is a comprehensive online platform developed by the Tamil Nadu State Government to digitize financial and human resource operations for government employees and pensioners. Our portal is designed to provide a seamless, secure, and efficient way for users to access employment and pension-related information from anywhere, eliminating the need for manual processes and long queues at departmental offices.
Through the IFHRMS portal, employees can easily view their salary details, download monthly payslips, check leave balances, access Form 16 for income tax purposes, and track their General Provident Fund (GPF) accounts.
